Crime news stories writes, Authorities say the police chief of Sonoma State University repeatedly stabbed his stepson in the chest with a power drilland fired a shot inside his home after an argument turned into a fight.

Alameda County sheriff’s officials said Tuesday the fight ended with Nathan Johnson, the police chief at Sonoma State University, being treated for a cut on his head and his 20-year-old stepson being taken to ahospital with multiple stab wounds and an apparent punctured lung. Their injuries are not life-threatening. No arrests has been made in the case.
